Second Marriage Photos

Meet John and Mary. This is their second marriage. When Mary contact me, she shared her story. Then she proceeded to tell me that they were going to get married at the Justice of the Peace, however, they wanted to invest in their photography. What an honor it is when people come to you and are willing to invest in beautiful wedding photography.

They knew the importance of choosing the right wedding photographer.

John and Mary’s wedding day didn’t start out like most of our couples. Most couples would be getting ready for their wedding at a hotel location. Since this wasn’t the traditional wedding day, we opened our beautiful downtown Norfolk studio to them. It was there they did all of their wedding day preparation.

We helped John and Mary finds the perfect wedding vendors for their small grand affair. Bloom would be the perfect choice for this gorgeous winter Christmas wedding bouquet. Also, look at John’s stunning Christmas boutineer.

Another fabulous wedding vendor that we referred them to was Sarah Rillon. She did Mary’s hair and make up for her wedding day. You be the judge, but I think you will agree that she was stunning.

Formal Wedding Portraits

Formal wedding portraits are a part of every wedding day. The difference in our traditional family portraits at John and Mary’s wedding was that we did them at our studio, instead of at a church. Here are just a few of their traditional wedding family formal pictures.

Outdoor Wedding Photography

A Christmas wedding is always the perfect setting for a wedding. The colors, the greenery, the decorations and the Christmas lights. Christmas light wedding photos were what John and Mary wanted. They knew that when people viewed their wedding photos, they would instantly know the season when they were married. To be able to photograph the Christmas lights, it would require us to shoot after sunset, at nighttime. Though most photographers would not shoot during the night hours, for us, it is our pleasure. With the right photography equipment, including great photographic lighting, anything is possible.

Here are a few of John and Mary’s nighttime Christmas wedding photos.
