Senior portraits are so much fun to capture.  Senior photography has risen to a different level.  Senior portraits for us are done in our studio, in our downtown urban area and in Hannah’s case at the beach.  Beach portraits are very popular since we live in a city surrounded by water.  With Hannah she not only choose the beach, but we photographed her at sunset and did a Trash the Dress session with her as well. Family portraits are something that we like to do annually for our families.  Our families change so much over a year that we feel like documenting them through pictures is important.  We love the opportunity to do on location outdoor family sessions.  It is wonderful to capture the beautiful families as well as the beautiful surroundings.  For the Ortiz family it was just mom, dad and the kids.  It included grandma, grandpa, the aunts and of course the pets.  Photographing pets can be a challenge, but for Hurley and Max, they made it simple. We had a beautiful day capturing their amazing wedding at the Kingsmill Resort in historic Williamsburg, Virginia.  Jenni and Alan really did not miss any details about the wedding day.  The day was a winter wonderland.  The ceremony had all the wonderful traditions of a Filipino wedding accompanied by a beautiful foot washing ceremony.   My hat is off to this family.  While dealing with a very sick parent, the family rallied together, as they should, to pull off a phenomenal event that no one will ever forget. Newborn Portraits Newborn portraits are always so rewarding.  To be able to capture the beauty of a brand new baby girl or baby boy is such a delight for new parents.  We were able to do just that with baby Zane.  We enjoyed spending time with him, snuggling with him and taking some great images of him.  Meet baby Zane. A special toy, blanket or outfit really makes the photo personal. For Zane, the props were easy! Dad’s tattoos and headphones were the perfect touch, because they were unique to Zane’s family! Create personal, unique photos is what we do at Hayne Photographers. Of course, Zane was precious all on his own; with or without props. The Palace at Somerset Park Wedding | Destination Wedding Photographers

Make up portfolio shoots are always a lot of fun to do. To be able to work with top make up artists like Kirstie Fals of Kirstie Fals Makeup Artistry  as well as gorgeous models, it always make for a great day photographing at the studio.  Photographing the facinators that the models wore made the shoot even more fun. Tori’s Senior Experience | Virginia Senior Portrait Photographer

Tori’s Senior Experience was such a blast.  We got to capture her in some amazing outfits.  As you can see, she was true to who she is as she put on her fabulous Cowboy boots.  We just happened to have the vintage couch that helped complete the ensemble.  We did some studio shooting then we headed on location to capture the rest.  Being in an urban downtown area, it opens the doors to such a variety of amazing textures and backgrounds.
