Even though you’ll only be shot from the shoulders up, it’s important you’re pulled together from head to toe—you may want a shot or two that are pulled back a bit. Product photographer These images show the technique of incorporating props with the product photography.It is our job as a product photographer to help the viewer use their senses to experience the specific product.
These bars of soap have a coffee fragrance. You can see how we added coffee grounds to the scene so that the viewer can imagine the smell of these beautiful bars of soap. Also, by using a macro lens we are able to show off the detail of the product. If you look closely you will see the coffee grounds embedded in the bar of soap. Can you smell this soap?

Commercial Website Photography Session | Virginia Commercial Photographer
We had the opportunity to do a website/marketing shoot with Davis Car Care because they are in the process of updating their website and marketing presence. They called us to get some “cool” shots. We were able to do the photograph the session on location at the garage. When shooting on location, especially in a car repair shop, you can find lots of toys to play with and use as props. Here are just a few of the shots.
