Our NEW Studio!
Hayne Photographers Studio from Scott Hayne on Vimeo.
As many of you know we have recently moved our studio to a new location in downtown Norfolk, VA. It is certainly an exciting time for us as we grow and develop our business but along with it comes a new sense of responsibility for sure! This new location right on Granby Street in the heart of our fine city was a blank slate when we walked in a few months ago but with the help of Ikea and some bold fresh ideas in our heads we’ve come up with some swanky new digs. As always the client experience is #1 and we think we have a home run with our new furniture, hip lighting, a thumpin’ sound system along with Wii for the kids and munchies & drinks for everyone. The camera room is huge with 13 foot ceilings and 5 different shooting areas complete with state of the art lighting & backdrop systems. It’s taking some getting used to but I am really loving shooting with all this space! A designated changing room and make-up area will allow you to change faster and have you looking your best! All-in-all it is about triple the space (2000 sq.ft.) that we were in previously with plenty of parking and easy to locate. We’d love to have you stop by and just visit so we can show you around or maybe even catch us on a shoot and watch all the fun! Of course you could just drop by for a cup o’ joe & play the Wii…. 🙂

Ten Money Making Products. Not sure how we got thrown in the mix with these guys but we are honored to be speaking in an online summit with the likes of – Kubota, Woods, Bianchi, Claire, Puc, Petty, Bondurant, Nichols, Walden and of course us! It is just a few weeks away so put it on your calendar! A FREE summit with a few of the nations best photographers and most importantly in this case – some the best sales people in the industry. Welcome to the New Hayne Photographers Blog!
There comes a time in everyone’s life when a new blog must be created. That’s somewhere in the writings of Thomas Jefferson I am sure. Well, that time has come for us as we seek to explore strange new worlds…but I digress. We have finally accepted the fact that our images deserve a much nicer venue to shine and we have decided to take the road less traveled….but I digress again. Our blog comes to us courtesy of Flosites who turned the whole blog idea on it’s head by introducing a horizontal scrolling layout much like an iPhone. So, four score and seven months ago our fore-fathers…er, our old blog set out to showcase our work in a new fashion but alas, has quickly become dated. We hope you enjoy the new layout and enjoy it with your friends because after all, it takes a village. Go ahead jump in and drop us a note if you stumble on an error as we are still populating it with images that will blow your socks clean off….and that can actually be a good thing. So what is this blog all about? It just depends on what the meaning of the word “is”, is. Explore it for yourself and embrace all that is Hayne Photographers Blog.
