How To Improve Your Real Estate Sales
In today’s current market, being able to sell your home or real estate can either be boosted or hindered by good photos. Good lighting techniques and proper shooting angles of the professional photography trade can instantly improve any listing. With realty properties they typically decrease in price in order to sell. With stellar pictures, you won’t have to settle for a lower asking price. The real estate market has seen a surge in homes selling for more than the asking price. Why? Because of the use of professional photography, rather than an amateur photographer. Professional home staging also improves the chances of your property being on the market for a shorter time. If you want to include home staging in your real estate, check out this helpful source.
Best Time For Realty Pictures
One of the things to consider when it comes to professional realty photography is the lighting. The best time for amazing lighting is mid morning until the afternoon. This condo is a wonderful example of utilizing the natural day light that was coming in through the windows. It added the photographic appeal that home buyers are looking for. The open hard wood floor plan allowed the light from the windows to bounce off of it and added extra lighting to the pictures. Making sure to know how to work the lighting with certain angles is very important and can make or break any image. The pictures below were taken using the panoramic method. It provides potential home buyers with a better idea of the layout of the space and showcases the natural lighting coming in from both sides of the property.
A technique that we use is called High Dynamic Range (HDR) Photography. This method requires the blending of 7 images of various exposures. The result is an image with a broad range of tones enabling the viewer to see details in the highlights and shadows. Combining this technique with panoramic images where 4 HDR images are stitched together into one amazing image. Elevate your asking price by using these advanced techniques! Head Shot Photographer
We love being a professional head shot photographer. It brings a lot of different people into our photography world. We may photograph a CEO in one appointment, a model in our next appointment and an actor in the next photography appointment. It really keeps us on our toes.
As you can imagine from these photos, Kayla is not the CEO of a company. Though she is confident and poised and may pass as a CEO, she is an aspiring actor and is involved in musical theater. At such a young age she has so much talent.
When she arrived at her photography session for her head shots, we could tell immediately that she would be a delight to photograph. As you can see, the camera loves her and she loves the camera.
Even as a young teen it was important to hire a professional make up artist to give Kayla’s images the extra edge. We didn’t attempt to try to make her look older by adding make up, just polish her up and give her that flawless finish that everyone desires.
Kayla’s agency is based in LA. She is with IMTA. IMTA is an international talent and modeling agency. When we work with an agency creating a professional portfolio, we always get specifications from the agency first. Every agency has different outlines based on their needs.

Commercial Composite Photography
Are you looking for green screen photography? Maybe you are looking for commercial composite photography.
Composite photography is the art of taking multiple photos of individuals or elements and then layering them into one digital photo.
This image above is an example of a digital composite. This would be referred to as our green screen photography services.
On a commercial photo shoot, we spend a lot of time photographing each individual. We photograph them in several different poses and expressions. This allows us options on our final digital composite image.
Each of our subjects are photographed on a green screen or white screen. This is so we can extract them from the background. Digital extracting is a tedious and meticulous process. Once our extractions are complete we begin our art work designing in Photoshop.
For this commercial photography session they wanted a group image as well as individual images for their website and marketing.
For this particular commercial shoot we decided to use our white screen set up, instead of our green screen set up.
Here is an example of an individual image.
This is the result in extracting the subject in Photoshop then dropping them into a background of choice.
Here is an example of an alternate background.
Using the composite photo technique, we can basically take a commercial company anywhere. The company can be or look however they would like, all while being shot in one studio set up.
Here is another example of individual subject.
We have access to a multitude of backgrounds. We consult with our commercial accounts and find out what type of setting they are looking for. We then present a number of backgrounds to choose from.
In some cases, we have to go out and photograph new digital backgrounds. Here is an example of some digital backgrounds that we photographed for this commercial photography account.
We then present them by dropping a subject in the background. This helps the client visualize the final product. From there they choose their favorite backgrounds.
Here is more information on how we create our digital composites.
